Its been a while... But, this Topic is still valid

Its been a long time since I've posted anything on my old blog but the Purpose of this Blog still stands...

Smoking is Toxic to you, Me, and everyone else.

Smoking causes a bounty of illnesses and life altering conditions

Smoking is abuse to yourself, your loved ones and your kids

2nd Hand Smoking is just as bad to a Non-Smoker as Smoking is to the Smoker.

Since Michigan is going Smoke Free in May 2010 this Blog is a good reminder to me what myself and my family lived through.

Even though I still have some friends and family who choose to be Smokers, I must adhere to my principles. I can only pray that someday Those family members and Friends make the Healthy choice and become Smoke-Free.
