The End
A lot has happened since May 31st.
Today its August 7th. since May 31st, My wife and I found a new House, applied for a Mortgage, got approved, Bought the new House, Broke our Lease at Fountain Park due to Health Reasons, Moved out of Fountain Park, and Moved in to our new House which is just 3 miles away.
God always comes through when you have faith and courage and patience. We prayed for an answer and God gave us the answer, he made it so we Found a different place to live, not only is this place Healthier, but its Brand New, and Larger than the Apartment we had.
Old Place lived at for 4.5 years, 2BD, 2Bth, 1138sqft, 2nd floor apartment, old crappy appliances. Furnance and A/C were going, the Fridge/Freezer had been old when we got the place in 2002. The Washing Machine had been fixed several times and was probably on its last leg too. Our Rent was a lot!, our Parking Carpot fee was $15 a month, and we still was paying $30 a month extra for Water and Sewer.
New place was built brand new in April 2007! 4BD, 2Bth, 1568sqft, 1story Ranch House, all BRAND NEW GE Appliances - New Furnance w/ Central Heat, New Central A/C, New fridge/freezer with an ice maker, new Microwave, New Gas Range/Stove, New Dish Washer, New Washer & Dryer. Everything here is New and Awesome.
So This Blog Smoked Out is over for me. Not much point to it. No one ever visited it except myself and maybe my wife. I guess it was just a platform for me to vent my frustrations with Fountain Park and with the Smokers downstairs.
